ADMITTANCE POLICY
Androscoggin Bank Colisee doors will open one hour prior to game time.
Doors will open for season ticket holders 1 ½ hours prior to the game.
The Androscoggin Bank Colisee welcomes all guests however to ensure fan
comfort and accordance with local fire safety laws, only fans with a
ticket will be allowed in the arena. Everyone over the age of two must
have a ticket to enter.
Guests are permitted to leave the arena and return only in an emergency
or to visit the outside designated smoking patio. Guests needing to exit
the stadium and then return must proceed to the main exit and receive a
special stamp.
OUTSIDE FOOD POLICY
The Androscoggin Bank Colisee does not allow any outside food
or beverages into the facility. Guests will be asked to dispose of items
in waste receptacle at main entrance of building.
ALCOHOL POLICY
Androscoggin Bank Colisee guests are encouraged to drink responsibly.
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase and consume alcohol.
Proper identification is necessary to purchase any alcoholic beverages.
The purchase and sale of alcohol may be discontinued at any time at the
discretion of arena management.
Guests will not be allowed to enter the Androscoggin Bank Colisee if
they are visibly intoxicated. Drunk and disorderly behavior will result
in ejection from the Androscoggin Bank Colisee without refund.
All guests, regardless of age will be required to show
I.D.
Limit of two beers sold per transaction.
Alcohol will not be allowed outside the arena.
Alcohol sales will end ten (10) minutes into the 3rd period. (excluding
the VIP Suite)
ATM MACHINES
An Androscoggin Bank ATM machine is located in the concessions lobby
area.
CAMERA POLICY
Still cameras are allowed for hockey and some special events. Video and
audio recording is prohibited at most special events.
EMERGENCIES
In the case of an emergency, notify any Androscoggin Bank Colisee staff
member or uniformed police officer in your area.
CANADIAN CURRENCY
Due to conversion rates, Canadian currency will not be accepted at
the box office for ticket purchasing or in the concession for food and
beverage purchases.
GUEST CONDUCT
Androscoggin Bank Colisee fans are the best fans in the state because of
their enthusiasm, support, hospitality and sportsmanship. The players,
coaches, performers and staff shape the Androscoggin Bank Colisee image.
We encourage fans to create a high-energy environment in lending support
to the teams and performers while maintaining a family oriented
atmosphere.
Rules of Conduct are strictly enforced and there is a ZERO TOLERANCE
policy for the following:
Guests using foul or abusive language or gestures.
Guests throwing objects in the arena or on the performance surface.
Guests interfering with other guests' ability to enjoy the game.
Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing
Guests appearing intoxicated
Guests that enter the performance area or interfere with the progress of
the performance or game.
Guests who refuse to show their ticket stub when asked by an arena
representative.
Guests who attempt to sit in seats for which they are not properly
ticketed.
Those observing other guests violating these policies should report the
incident to the nearest Androscoggin Bank Colisee staff member.
GUEST COURTESY
The Androscoggin Bank Colisee encourages all guests to act responsibly
and be considerate of others. Guests should be sensitive to the behavior
of their companions. Please be courteous and restrict movement in the
seating area during performances or games. When returning to your seats,
please wait for a break in the action before entering the aisles. Thank
you for your consideration.
GUEST SERVICES
Androscoggin Bank Colisee staff members are available to provide
information about the arena and provide assistance to all guests. We
value the input of our guests regarding experiences at the Androscoggin
Bank Colisee. Please feel to request a comment card at Guest Services
booth. Your comments help us to make your visit to the Androscoggin Bank
Colisee more enjoyable.
LOST AND FOUND
Please proceed to Customer Service to inquire about lost and/or found
items.
PARKING
General parking is available to all of our guests. There is a nominal
charge of $3.00 per car. VIP parking is available to our season ticket
holders. Prepaid parking passes can be purchased each year during the
season ticket renewal process. Please contact the Androscoggin Bank
Colisee for more information on VIP parking passes (207-783-2009).
PROHIBITED ITEMS
To ensure that all guest have a safe and enjoyable visit to the
Androscoggin Bank Colisee, guests are not permitted to bring the
following items into the arena:
Weapons: No weapons are allowed in the arena. Possession of a firearm is
strictly forbidden. Possession of such a weapon will result in immediate
confiscation, ejection and possible arrest.
Aerosol cans
Alcoholic beverages
Animals (Except assistive animals for people with disabilities.)
Any article of clothing or hat/hard hats with plastic bottles on them.
Bags or backpacks.
Balls of any kind.
Cans, bottles, bottled or boxed liquids.
Confetti or glitter.
Coolers of any kind, including soft pack coolers.
Ice Chest.
Fireworks or missile-like objects.
Illegal substances
Overly large purses.
Laser pointers.
Plastic bottles
Sticks, bats or clubs
Strollers
Thermoses
Please note that all personal belongings will be subject to inspection
upon entry into the arena. Prohibited items that are discovered during
security inspections must be returned to the owner's vehicle or
discarded. Unlawful items that are discovered during inspections are
subject to being confiscated and the person in possession of those items
is subject to arrest. Ejection from the game will be without refund and
may result in the loss of ticket purchasing privileges.
PUBLIC ADDRESS ANNOUNCEMENTS
Announcements on the PA system must be limited to medical and police
emergencies.
RADIOS AND TELEVISIONS
Hand-helds are allowed for hockey games only.
RE-ADMITTANCE
Guests are not allowed to leave the arena and return on the same ticket,
unless there is an emergency.
RESTROOM FACILITIES
Spacious restrooms with accessible features are located on the first
level of the Androscoggin Bank Colisee on both sides of the arena.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not permitted in the arena seating area, concession lines or
restrooms. Smoking is only allowed outside in the designated smoking
patio area, located at the front corner of the building (Birch Street
side).
