How You Doin'?
The
Androscoggin Bank Colisee has recently adopted the Global Spectrum
customer service program called "How you Doin'". Whenever you encounter
an Androscoggin Bank Colisee employee they will greet you with a
friendly greeting and a big smile. It's all part of the company's new
customer service philosophy.
“Our new approach begins with a simple question, ‘How
You Doin,’ but it’s more than that. It’s all about treating our
customers the way they want to be treated by going above and beyond the
norm. We want to ensure our customers are getting the most out of their
experience at Androscoggin
Bank Colisee,” said General Manager, Jason Blumenfeld.
Global Spectrum’s customer service philosophy, a
company-wide initiative which began at the company's flagship arena,
Wachovia Center, encourages all of its employees to engage in
conversation with customers to not only assist them and make their
experience more enjoyable, but for the company to also gauge its
performance.
The Androscoggin Bank Colisee will reward its employees
who excel in this new customer service initiative with prizes and
rewards. This recognition of employee excellence can come from both
customers and other employees.
Fans are encouraged to participate in the rewards
program by nominating an employee who exemplifies the new customer
service philosophy. Fans can nominate an employee for recognition by
visiting the Guest Services Booth during an event and nominating the
employee.
As part of the campaign all employees will wear How You Doin! buttons
and use the phrase every time a new customer approaches. The program
extends to all full-time and part-time employees who work at the
Androscoggin Bank Colisee.
