BOX OFFICE CHARGES:
Please note that charges vary by event and are determined by arena management & promoters based on costs for each event.
Facility Fees: All tickets have a base value and a facility fee associated with it.
Convenience Fees: Tickets purchased online or by phone are subject to a convenience fee. The convenience fee covers costs that allow the Androscoggin Bank Colisée to provide 24 hour online service and 40 hours per week of telephone service to support customers who find it less convenient for them to purchase in person at the box office. This fee also covers taking and maintaining the order in our system, preparing it for shipping or coordinating with the box office Will Call. Providing an online & telephone service allows those a convenient opportunity to be able to purchase tickets without having to leave their home!
DELIVERY OPTIONS:
Will Call: Tickets can be left at the Will Call window for pick-up prior to the show at no-charge. They can be picked up ahead of time during regular box office hours or immediately prior to the show. The Will Call window is open 3 hours past the show start.
Certified Mail: Tickets can be mailed out via certified mail at a charge of $4.75. The United States Postal Service requires a signature for certified mail. If you are not home when they attempt to deliver the tickets they will leave a card in your mailbox providing information on where to pick up and sign for your envelope.
